Pre-Natal Massage - As pregnancy advances, hormonal changes prepare the birth canal for delivery by loosening strong ligaments around the pelvis. As the ligaments become more elastic, the mother is required to carry increased disproportionate weight with the growth of the child. This can lead to pelvic instability, hip discomfort, low back pain and muscle spasms. We can help alleviate these symptoms, utilizing non-force chiropractic techniques, and prescribed massage. This treatment is gentle, safe and good for mom and baby!
