Our Techniques
There are many different techniques used to adjust a patient. All techniques used in this practice are safe, gentle and effective. After studying your posture and physical needs we will use a technique suitable for you as an individual. The major techniques we use include:

Chiropractic Bio-Physics - can be best characterized as full spine and pelvis corrective procedures having a firm foundation in the sciences of biomechanics and physics. CBP Technique integrates drop table, diversified, toggle and instrument adjustments to correct subluxations by restoring normal spinal mechanics.

The Activator Method is an evaluation method and a handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a consistent low-force thrust. This technique is so mild it can be used on small children and feels like a mild thump.

Diversified technique uses a specific manual thrust usually by hand to return spinal bones to their normal position.

If you have been to a chiropractor before and have a preference about how you are adjusted, please let us know.
